Onboarding Cloudflare D1 to Mindful Auth

1. Go to the Mindful Auth portal and onboard D1 backend type.
2. Fill in all required fields:
   • D1 API Token: Cloudflare API token with D1 permissions
   • D1 Account ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
   • D1 Database ID: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
   • D1 Members table: members
   • D1 Email column: email
   • D1 Audit logs table: audit_logs
3. Submit the form to complete the onboarding process.
